This is such an adorable cute craft that's so easy to make. All you need is a sock and some rice, and the rest is just extra optional decoration. Let's go!
We all love repurposed crafts, out with old and in with the new. We brought this sock to life by creating a cute little bunny rabbit, ears, tail and all. It acts as a lovely doorstop and gorgeous handmade room decor. These are also wonderful as handmade gifts for someone.
This DIY craft project is quick, simple, cheap, fun and cute! Just look at the outcome. Kids, teens and adults can have a go at this craft. I won't be linking any products in this post (other than the pompom), as it is all very simple things you will already have lying at home - so no need to spend on this craft project! Let's jump right in and get started.
What you will need:
- A sock.
- Rice. I used three 500g bags.
- Wire/ elastic band/ hair tie.
- Ribbon (optional)
- Hot glue gun.
- Jar or bottle to pour your rice in.
- Pompom. You can make your own, or buy the same fluffy one as mine here.
- Paint/ marker pen for the face.
